Nendo Makes One Of A Kind Starbucks Mugs For Japan


Nendo has created a simple intervention for the classic white Starbucks’s coffee mug that represents the global coffee company’s view of feeling ‘fulfilled, and seeing the glass as half-full, never half-empty’.


Graphics of either a Starbucks’s Americano, latte or caramel Macchiato can be found at the base of the cups so that when they are drying or are stored upside down in your cupboard, they appear to look as if they are actually full – a visual reminder to always have a positive mental attitude. The mug collection is being sold at Starbucks japan shops starting March 19th, 2014.
