Leah Andrews’ long history of making unique snow globes include designing and producing 300 snow globes for the entire cast and crew of Quentin Tarantino’s upcoming chart-buster “The Hateful Eight”. Comedian Steve Martin commissioned her to design a custom snow globe for him. That’s not all, Craig Ferguson, the British-born talk show host used one of her globes in the final scene of the final episode of the “Late Late Show”.
The custom made globes offered by VeryFirstTo will feature ten diamonds, each weighing 0.07 carat. Five of them will be pinned to the interior while the other five will remain loose and scattered inside the globe. When you turn the globe upside down loose diamonds are ready to sparkle and twinkle for you. The fully customizable snow globe comes with a base that can get engraved with a personal message and they also suggest putting your family crest there.
About her latest venture Leah Andrews says, “Each Snow Globe is hand sculpted and painted by my snow globe design and production company. I have worked with all kinds of materials but never with diamonds. This is a truly unprecedented initiative.”
The Diamond Christmas Snow Globe pricing starts at $5,000 (£3,270/ €4,490).
